Located just a 7-minute walk from Cloud 9, surfers can take a break at our restaurant for a satisfying meal tastefully crafted by the country's top kitchen talents. Or alternatively just sit back and enjoy an ice-cold beer from the bar while waiting for the sun to set.

Please be reminded that we operate on a cash-only basis.
1. Cancellation Policy: 1 day before arrival.
2. Check in from 14:00 to 22:00.
3. Check out before 12:00 (noon).
4. Payment upon arrival by cash only. The credit card isn’t accepted.
5. Reception Working Hours: 07:00-22:00.
6. Age Restriction: Guests must be 18 years old and above.
7. Taxes: included.
8. Breakfast: not included.
9. No curfew.
10. No smoking in rooms, but smoking area is provided.
11. Pets are not allowed.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Our cancellation policy is simple: you must cancel your booking with a minimum of 24 hours notice before your Check In date. Our Check In time starts at 2:00 pm. So, if you were supposed to be arriving on Tuesday, you'll need to cancel before 2:00 pm on Monday. Otherwise, you'll be charged for your first night stay.
Group Cancellations
Groups of 10 people or more must email groups(at)madmonkeyhostels.com for prior approval before booking. We reserve the right to cancel, without notification, any reservation for a group of 10+ that has been made online and not been pre-approved by email. This is just because we can't ensure we can meet your group's needs unless we've spoken with you by email first! See our website for our full Group Booking Policy.
How to Cancel Your Reservation
If you booked directly with us, either in person or through our website, you need to email us at nacpanbeach(at)madmonkeyhostels.com to cancel your booking - your cancellation is not confirmed until you have received an email back from us.
Your Reservation Deposit
If you made your booking directly with Mad Monkey, we have not taken any deposit off your credit card. Your credit card information is simply recorded in the event that you are a no-show after your Check In date. You're all good!
Group Cancellations
